The tent floor cleaning machine BR1200 cleans cassette floors up to a width of 1,100mm, optionally also larger widths. The cleaning speed lies at approx. 5-10 meters per minute depending on the degree of dirt. Depending on its equipment, this machine can not only clean cassette elements, but also solid wood floors, wooden tables and other table types, flat walls and other flat parts. The elements to be cleaned are transported through the machine via a conveyor belt. The speed control comes as standard equipment.

Particular cleaning units, that can be optionally combined in a kind of modular construction system offer each user the possibility to compose his own optimal cleaning equipment, based on his personal needs. Employing high pressure, BR1200 cleans the elements from one side. It uses warm detergent and a brush to clean the upper side, which is then rinsed. Afterwards the surface is dried with the aid of a high-pressure radial blower, which is equipped with a blowing unit that is especially tuned for this kind of surface cleaning. The tarpaulin cover with clear areas affords easy access to the brushes and injectors and a permanent process control. Rubberized transport castors possess a non-slip transport and protect the material while being flexible in the entrance and discharge area. The speed is infinitely adjustable. The high pressure water cycling provides minimal water consumption with maximal usage. The water gets dosed and heated as necessary. With a dirty resistant high pressure pump the water gets used for the pre-cleaning over and over again. The following waste water, used as fresh water rinsing the panels, gets back into the water cycling so as to there is always a change of water and adjustment of the water loss. The dosage of detergent is of course customer-specific adjustable. Changeable and simply cleanable nozzles of brass as well as pressure control for water, dirt filter and the operation of the machine in manual or automatic complete this product and provide a maximum of comfort which is used by many of large and popular companies in the tent industry for many years.

The double brushes system is almost a standard by now. Advantageously the panels only need to get put through the machine once, not like with only one brush twice if necessary to clean both sides. With the double brushes system the panels get cleaned from the top and the bottom automatically.

If it is necessary to adjust the speed this option is optimal. For almost clean plates it is possible to slow down the brushes and for very dirty plates accelerate the brushes easily. This option is individual customer-tailored.

Wash water cycle catch tub for cleaning water (detergent tank) approx. 200 liters with strain filter and domestic waterworks (high-grade steel).

This option is advisable for long panels or easy handling or many plates in a row. The conveyor belt extension means more space to depost the panels before and after cleaning.

The usual drying gets done by the radial blower but it is also possible to get a special drying with the thermal post-drying.
