WT3000K
The washing table WT3000K is your ideal assistance in washing PVC fabrics. It is possible to clean tarpaulins up to a width of 3 meter both-sided and up to 6 meters when folded and turned around after the first wash. The tarpaulin gets cleaned by two brushes. The intensity of washing is adjustable with the speed you use to get the tarpaulin through the machine. The detergent gets put on automatically.
Cleaning process
The tarpaulin gets insert at the enrty end and moved by rollers over the washing table. As soon as the beginning of the tarpaulin reached the brushes it is getting cleaned by the brushes with detergent. It is possible to adjust the throughput speed because the tarpaulin gets moved by the brushes and holding on the tarpaulin slows down the movement. The tarpaulin gets to the discharge level. This level is prolongable with tables. Otherwise the tarpaulin moves over the table on the floor where optional plastic base plates are placed. It can be mounted and taken to a rinse or drying place. Alternatively it is possible to rinse the tarpaulin in the same way with a second supply or a second tank.

WT3000Kmobil
The washing table WT3000Kmobil is a special version of WT3000K which is directly mounted onto a trailer. With this machine you can easily clean tents that are constantly in use (e.g. tents for smokers in front of restaurants, awnings etc.). You just drive there, fill in the water, supply power, clean the tarpaulins, and then the tent can be used again straight away. As with WT3000K it is possible to clean tarpaulins up to a width of 3 meter both-sided and up to 6 meters when folded and turned around after the first wash. WT 3000P
The pagoda washing table WT3000P allows to clean nearly all coated tarpaulins. Due to its free-arm construction it allows the cleaning of tarpaulins up to 6 meters width by going through twice and the both-sided cleaning of pagodas up to 5 meters. The washing table needs neither compressed air nor a regular water supply. The machine can be moved with a pallet transporter easily so it is possible to move it from the washing area to a place where it can be stored while not being used.

Rest tables & Base tub
The water warkming supports the cleaning of hard dirt. Heating the water facilitates the brushes optimally. This option gets installed for nearly every customer.
The washing table gets used as mobile washing unit with this option by many companies. With the help of the transport rollers it gets moved easliy.
With this option it is possible to put on the detergent almost automatically. The pump just needs to get switched so the water pump pumps detergent instead of water.
The well-known speed control is also available fpr this option. Soit is possible to clean with individual speed and save energy if you only need slow turning brushes.
The pre-selectable sense of rotation affords to change the sense of rotation of the brushes.
So that the fabric does not fall on the ground after pulling through we offer the useful movable tub.
Extension of cassette walls
Plastic base plates
An integratet detergent tank including 500 Liter supports the transport. The detergent is in the machine compactly.
The dirt filter tests the water quality and filters bigger dirt pieces out of the water.
Because of the rest table there is more space to spread the fabric before getting washed. The dirt tub supports the soaking or can be simply used as repository.
